This post comes the morning after a long night of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, a game I’d played long hours of with my Uni housemates but lost touch with since (the game I mean, my Uni lot won’t bloody leave me alone 😉 ). Sometimes, then, all you need is a blank slate to help you learn to love a game you know has potential for you.
Especially in long-winded, collect this, save up for that, remember to check out this secret area, battle this guy before you take on this mission type games, it can often be easier to throw the towel in and just start again. I haven’t played Assassin’s Creed Syndicate for a few months now, and I was largely lost in it. With residual confusion and a hint of frustration a nagging urge, and a shiny new strategy guide, motivated me to give it one more go.
