I have a friend, let’s just call him B. B likes to give things primarily one chance. After that, in his mind he will categorize said thing as “liked” or “disliked” and almost never revisit them. See, I’m quite the opposite. I like to give books, movies, television shows and music more than one chance (whether or not they impress me). A recent example is Atlus’ Persona 3:
Coming straight off of Persona 5 this time last year, I jumped into Persona 3 for the PS2 immediately. How could I not? It was the last Persona game I hadn’t played (out of 3, 4 and 5, the only ones with the features I like) and I was getting into JRPGs heavily at the time.
