Earlier this week, Sony surprised the world with the announcement of the PlayStation Classic. A mini-console in the same vein as the NES and SNES Classics, the PlayStation Classic will launch on December 3 for $99.99, and it will come pre-loaded with 20 PS1 games. Besides the console’s announcement, Sony revealed five of the 20 games that will be included with the system, with more to be announced at a later date.
At the time of this writing, the lineup of PlayStation Classic games consists of five titles that all received decent to strong reviews when they released, and earned some sales success as well. Here are the five games announced for the PlayStation Classic so far:
- Final Fantasy 7
- Jumping Flash!
- R4: Ridge Racer Type-4
- Tekken 3
- Wild Arms
