A few days ago, SSG released a store code that will give you all the current quest packs (not including expansions) for free. The code is 1 per account, and you must be logged into a character to use it. The code is valid through August 31, so remember to claim it in time. The code is usable by VIP also (normally VIP cannot buy packs).
