Believe it or not, playing video games has shown great promise in reducing stress and helping with mental health issues. It can have many positive benefits, such as increasing your hand-eye coordination, improving your brain activity, and can even help you become more sociable via online services like Xbox Live and PlayStation Network (PSN), which can potentially lead to long-lasting friendships.
