Xbox 20 Years Later

VIDEO GAME BOOK CLUB

Even though I’m primarily a PlayStation gamer and have been for the past two generations (PS4/Xbox One & PS5/Xbox Series X | S), I wasn’t always a PlayStation gamer. I’ve mostly been a Nintendo kid — and the Nintendo Switch brought me back to being a Nintendo kid. Today, I have my old timey gaming PC that can play some of those older Xbox/PC exclusives, but is lately having trouble with some newer titles (aka Halo: Infinite).

After being a Nintendo kid for most of my childhood (NES, SNES, N64 + Game Boy), I moved onto the Sega Dreamcast. I also had a Sega Game Gear at some point, but never a Genesis. From Dreamcast I moved to the PlayStation 2, where I had plenty of great gaming memories (SOCOM, NBA Street, GTA games, Resident Evil games, Gran Turismo).
