In a surprise announcement on Wednesday, Ubisoft revealed that they are bringing their own subscription service, aptly called Ubisoft+, to Xbox platforms. This rumor has been floating around in various circles since the service was announced for PC, and with the popularity of EA Play and obviously Xbox Game Pass, it seems like a no-brainer that Ubisoft would want in on the action on consoles as well.

The service is similar to Xbox Game Pass and EA Play by allowing players to have access to over 100 Ubisoft games for a single monthly fee, including new releases like Far Cry 6 and Riders Republic for $14.99 (USD) per-month, although there’s also a multi-access plan currently with Google Stadia $17.99 (USD), similar to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate in a sense.
