Today marks the beginning of Robert Pattinson’s reign as the Caped Crusader, as The Batman finally hits theaters. Throughout the years, Batman has been a mainstay in pop culture, appearing in a number of movies, comics, TV shows and video games. In fact, Batman has starred in 41 different games, and that’s not counting his appearance in Justice League properties or fighting games such as Injustice: Gods Among Us. We are even getting Gotham Knights later this year and Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League next year–both set in and around the world of Batman.
